The core team consists of 4 professors and several PhDs. The company covers an area of more than 7000 square meters and has a 600 acre vehicle testing site, advanced research and development testing equipment, and a complete production system. Magnetorheological fluid

The core member of the magnetorheological fluid research and development team is a well-known professor at the University of Science and Technology of China. He has been engaged in magnetorheological fluid research for more than 20 years. At present, our company has established a complete R & D and production system including preparation and performance optimization. The newly developed magnetorheological fluid is at the world's leading level in terms of settlement stability, redispersibility, mechanical properties, high temperature resistance and durability.

Magnetorheological damper controller

The intelligent suspension electronic controller developed and designed by Zhongke Qingbang has the characteristics of vehicle gauge-level reliability, optimized SKYHOOK control algorithm, full-band vibration reduction control, millisecond-level fast response and low energy consumption. The controller integrates a 32-bit high-performance processor, supports communication such as PSI5 and CAN-FD, and supports standard ISO16750, ISO7637, ISO11452, CISPR25, ISO10605, ISO20653, etc. in terms of functional safety. The main tests met can be divided into three categories: environmental tests, electrical performance and electromagnetic compatibility.

Vehicle Seat Suspension System

The magnetorheological vehicle seat suspension developed by the company has better vibration isolation performance under the same size as ordinary vehicle seats. It meets the comfort requirements of high-end cars with the damping effect increased by 20%.

Engine mount

The engine suspension based on magnetorheological fluid can better handle low-frequency large amplitude and high-frequency small amplitude working conditions compared to traditional hydraulic suspension, solve the problem of difficult high-frequency vibration isolation of engine suspension, and reduce the vibration and noise of passenger car cabin.
