With magnetorheological technology as its core, it is a diversified high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, manufacturing, and sales. Our main business includes high-performance magnetorheological fluid materials, magnetorheological automotive suspension systems, magnetorheological seat suspensions, high-speed rail shock absorbers, variable stiffness high-speed rail arm rubber nodes, high-performance magnetorheological robot drive joints, as well as vibration solutions for transportation tools and structural equipment in marine vessels, road bridges, military industries, and other fields. The core team consists of 4 professors and several PhDs. The company has attracted talents to settle in the High tech Zone and Xiaoxian Economic Development Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province through investment attraction. The company covers an area of more than 7000 square meters and has a 600 acre vehicle testing site, advanced research and development testing equipment, and a complete production system. Magnetorheological damper controller

The intelligent suspension electronic controller developed and designed by Zhongke Qingbang has the characteristics of vehicle gauge-level reliability, optimized SKYHOOK control algorithm, full-band vibration reduction control, millisecond-level fast response and low energy consumption. The controller integrates a 32-bit high-performance processor, supports communication such as PSI5 and CAN-FD, and supports standard ISO16750, ISO7637, ISO11452, CISPR25, ISO10605, ISO20653, etc. in terms of functional safety. The main tests met can be divided into three categories: environmental tests, electrical performance and electromagnetic compatibility.
